Axial kirjutab:
"Just to address a few of the questions that are bouncing around.

The frame is a c-channel that is bent in at the front and rear of the truck and has realistic ladder bracing to make it stiffer. It also has realistic bolt on shock hoops that further add to the realism.

The battery can be mounted in the back OR the front depending on what body you are using. We have it mounted on the rear of the chassis for display at the show so people can see what the radio box looks like.

Unfortunately the Pro-Line tires were not ready in time for us to dsiplay them at the show, so we had to opt for something that was similar in size and looks of what they will be making. Rest assured the tires are going to not only look great but perform extremely well. They will be M2 compound with memory foam inserts.

All the new components are rapid prototype so the finish and mechanics are not production level. The shocks are going to be quite nice and work very well. They are dual spring setup so you can really fine tune the ride of your truck to suit any situations as we will have a full range of springs choices available. The shocks are 90mm eye to eye and will be available in full sets for those that want to use them on other scale builds.

We opted to leave the servo on the axle to prevent bump steer. We are already looking at alternate mounting locations for aftermarket options but would like to dial the bump steer out and it takes time.

We considered doing a new axle but were able to design our wheel to bring the width in quite a bit, and making a new axle would require lots of tooling and quite a few new parts when you consider the steering links, CVD's, rear straight axle, etc... This is not to say that we won't keep it in mind for the future though.

Lots and lots of other cool stuff will be coming for this truck, we are excited about this segment and appreciate all the feedback and response.

The kit should be shipping in late December early January, if we can get it done sooner we will!

Thanks again for all the feedback and support!
